I've been really bad at posting lately so I semi copped out on this one. But I really am in love with my outfit. Mainly because I got to go shopping on Friday so I get to show you my stuff now! My boots aren't new-they're from Forever Young. My socks are new but my incredible bff, Kaeley, got those for me so I couldn't tell you where they're from. My pants I just got and I'm obsessed. I've been searching for a pair of pants like this everywhere and I finally found them at H&M. I of course had to pay a bit more than I liked but it's so worth it. They fit me perfectly which is really hard for me to find lately. My black t shirt is also new. I got it from a store called Lemon Ice. This shirt is that ideal plain black T that no one can ever find. It's actually long (which is not the norm in shirts right now) and it's loose but not frumpy, baggy. My denim shirt isn't new, but it's from Forever 21. And lastly, my necklace is also from Forever 21. Surprise, surprise!
And besides my clothes... Let's talk about the cute puppy. It's my sisters dog but I'm obsessed with her! I love pit bulls so much, and I hate the misconception that they're mean dogs. They are the sweetest dogs I've ever met. They only become mean if they're raised wrong, but that's completely the owners fault & can happen to any dog. And now I'm done preaching! 😊
I have two Christmas parties tonight. A family cousin one & a work party. I'm pretty excited. Only one more week till Christmas break! 🎄🎁
As Winter is upon us... And I constantly feel the need to change my hair.. That's exactly what I did! I seriously have the most incredible hair stylist ever. She always gets my hair to look exactly how I want it. Before today my hair was already kinda ashy and I wanted to keep that but darken it up a bit. Whitney (my hair stylist) was able to do it perfectly & I'm in love with it. And as for my outfit.. My sweater is from H&M. I got it last winter for only $12 which blew my mind because it's such a big sweater. My leggings are just normal ones from Forever 21. And lastly, my boots are from Forever Young (like almost all my shoes). I'll never try and say that I have expensive taste, which is just fine with me. I know my days are getting crazier as Christmas is getting closer, so I hope you're all surviving & enjoying the holiday season. 🎄🎁
My favorite purchase from my Black Friday adventures is this red plaid shirt. I got it at Old Navy for $12 because everything was 50% off there. I was in heaven! I have been looking for a plaid shirt like this for forever! I don't know if I'll ever take it off. Also... People are always asking me how I get my hair the color it is, so I'll tell you all... This summer I dyed my hair lavender and then let it fade out and ta da! Silver. It was all totally an accident but I want it to stay forever. I also use a purple shampoo every time I shower and that keeps it from going brassy. The purple shampoo is the real key.

I had to get a little dressed up for the good ole Thanksgiving. The boots that I'm wearing I have in black and tan because they're actually, surprisingly, comfortable heels. The button up I'm wearing is from H&M and I love it. You can't really see them but they have elbow pads and I think that it just adds something extra to the shirt. And my purse... I just got it this past week from Charming Charlie's and I am obsessed! Charming Charlie's is like my heaven so if you haven't been there you seriously need to check it out! Well, I hope you all had a marvelous Thanksgiving and that you don't feel as guilty as I do. And now I'm off to do some Black Friday shopping!! 😊
This has been a long week for me to say the least. I'm not handling working two jobs very well & Mike, my husband, has been working overtime so we just went two days without even seeing each other. And I've been in a fight with my mom and that always turns my world upside down. So really, that was my explanation for why I've hardly posted this week. But... I think I will FINALLY start putting where I got my clothes from. (You're welcome) 😂
Most of my clothes are from Forever 21. I pretty much always find something I love there. I used to be such a brand name whore, but I got over that real quick when I realized I could get WAY cheaper clothes that are just as cute. So here goes...
My shirt says Love & Hope (in case you can't read it) and I got it from H&M.
My pants are from Forever 21. I only paid $10 for them and they're seriously my favorite!
My scarf is from Walmart. Yes... I said it... Walmart.
My boots are from Forever Young.
And my coat that I'm wearing is from Forever 21. I only paid $40 for it and it seriously keeps me so warm!

I'm obsessed with my camo jacket! I got it at Forever 21.. Which is my favorite store. They always have what I want and it's always in my price range! Also as a side note... I've looked at lots of different fashion blogs and tried to mimic some of their stuff and it's been making me struggle because I am NOT a serious person and I'm not good at taking serious pictures. So I decided I'm just gonna do my own thing. Which is what I should have done from the beginning. I seriously love who I am and it's taken me a long time to get here so I'm gonna own it 😊
Now some would tell you not to take advice from a fictional character BUT... Blair Waldorf is a huge exception. She was quoted saying "Fashion is the most powerful art there is. It's movement, design, & architecture all in one. It shows the world who you are & who you'd like to be." And I couldn't agree more. I know we shouldn't judge and blah, blah, blah... But the first thing I look at is someone's outfit and I get a feel for the kind of person they are. How we dress & take care of ourselves shows so much about us & the self confidence we have. Some people have definitely judged some of the outfits I've worn as weird or other things, but honestly I LOVE wearing things that draws people's eye and makes them wonder. I don't like the norm & I love standing out. So judge away. 💋
Today was a hard day for me. I had to quickly take this picture in between my two jobs so it's not the greatest. Don't judge 😊 I'm a server and when I got to work I got some bad news from my boss that made my day come crashing down. I was so upset & hurt. Then my first table was three ladies and they were super friendly but there wasn't anything out of the ordinary with them. After I had ran their card I went back to them to ask if I could get them anything else. One of the ladies just looked at me and handed me a $50 bill. I was honestly speechless. I almost started crying. These ladies had no idea that I had been having the worst day. They didn't know my circumstances at all. I thanked them about 400 times. After they left I saw that another one of the ladies had left me 15 more dollars. I doubt they'll ever see this but I hope that somehow they know how much what they did meant to me. It honestly restored my faith in a lot of things. There are still good people in the world. So now I'm going to try to help someone in a positive way the same way these ladies did. Hope tomorrow is a good Tuesday for all of you! 💋 P.S. Eventually I will start putting where I get all my clothes... All in due time.
